What is Retro-Commissioning?
It is a technical evaluation of the overall operation of the buildings Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Envelope Systems.
This comprehensive process begins with reviewing the buildings original design and then moves to measurements, adjustments and calibrations. Upon completion, your building will be operating at its peak efficiency with increase occupant comfort while decreasing overall owning and operating costs.
Does my building need Retro-Commissioning?
Typically, building owners just except the fact that their Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Envelope Systems don’t work.
If it’s never worked correctly from day one, building owners will likely resolve that they must have a bad design and that they have to adapt and work around their systems that were never set up properly from the beginning.
